Estoppel

Once payment is received & processed, please allow five (10) business days for the time of your request for processing. If you have questions about the receipt or the processing of your estoppel request you may e-mail us at services@onboardpm.com.

Payment Details

All checks and/or money orders should be made payable to Onboard Property Management.

The estoppel fee $395.00. 

If you would like your estoppel expedited, the fee is $495.00 and your estoppel will be sent within three (3) business days after request.

Please mail the completed estoppel request form and check to: 2440 E Commercial Blvd Suite 1, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308. Payment must accompany your completed estoppel request form before it can be processed. All payments are non-refundable.
